Featured frequently asked questions
These are some of the most common questions from new Peru BPM subscribers.
I can't access the catalog even though I have an active subscription>
First verify that you are logging in with the same email you used to purchase the subscription. If you have multiple accounts, the payment is often associated with a different email than the one you're using.
- Log out and log in again from the same browser.
- Also try in incognito mode or another browser.
- Check your email for the payment confirmation and the associated email.
If you still don't have access after this, write to us via contact with your email, payment method and approximate payment date.
Is there a download limit on my subscription?>
Catalog access is designed for normal professional use by DJs and content creators. In general you can download freely within your subscription period, but we reserve the right to limit or investigate abusive or automated uses.
The goal is for you to prepare your sets comfortably, not to set up a parallel music distribution service.
I made the payment but I don't have access to Peru BPM>
With some payment methods activation can take a few minutes. If a reasonable time has already passed:
- Verify that the payment shows as "completed" and not "pending" or "rejected".
- Confirm the email you used to make the payment.
- Take a screenshot of the receipt or bank transaction.
Send us that information via WhatsApp or email to contacto@perubpm.com so we can review your case.
Can I share my downloads with other DJs or friends?>
No. Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You can use the content in your sets and professional presentations, but redistributing the files, reselling them or sharing them massively with others is not allowed.
More details in our Copyright Policy.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?>

Subscriptions and plans
What does my Peru BPM subscription include?>
Your subscription gives you access to the available catalog according to your plan: collections, packages, remixes and future updates published while your subscription is active.
Exact details of each plan (duration, price, conditions) can be found on the plans and pricing page.
Does my subscription renew automatically?>
It depends on the payment method you use. In some cases (for example, recurring subscriptions with gateways like PayPal) the renewal can be automatic until you cancel.
With other local payment methods, renewal may require you to make the payment manually again.
How do I cancel my subscription?>
If your plan is recurring, you can usually deactivate automatic renewal from the gateway itself (for example, in the recurring payments section of PayPal) or by contacting us for guidance.
Cancellation stops future renewals, but you normally retain access until the end of the period already paid.
Payments and billing
What payment methods do you accept?>
Depending on your country, you can pay with international methods (for example, online payment platforms) and local methods indicated on the checkout page.
Before paying, check which methods are available for your currency and country on the plan selection screen.

- That the payment is marked as "completed" in the bank or gateway.
